How website and application information is handled.
This Phase 1 policy describes the public forms in this release. It must be reviewed by the organisation’s legal or compliance adviser before full student accounts, payments, recordings and learning analytics are activated.
Information collected
Contact submissions may include your name, email, phone number, subject and message. Mentorship applications may include your country, time zone, current experience, preferred learning area, plan preference, availability, goals and information about computer or internet access.
Purpose
The information is used to respond to enquiries, assess mentorship fit, recommend a learning path, prevent abuse and maintain an operational record of the request.
Storage and access
Phase 1 submissions are stored on the website server in protected application storage. Access should be limited to authorised staff. The production deployment must move sensitive operational storage outside the public document root wherever the hosting environment permits.
What not to submit
Do not send passwords, card information, government identification numbers, private API keys, medical information or confidential employer data through the public forms.
Retention and deletion
The organisation must define and apply an approved retention period. You may request correction or deletion by contacting stitchitin@gmail.com, subject to legitimate operational or legal requirements.
Future platform features
Student accounts, payments, Google Drive permissions, Google Meet sessions, recordings, assessments and analytics will require an expanded policy and explicit consent before activation.
